Location Condition: Unoccupied, two story residential property, built in the 1800's

 
Reported Activity:

Activity has been reported over many generations at this location, with apparitions of family members being witnessed inside the residence, as well as outside in the immediate and neighboring yards. White figures and glowing orbs have been observed in the downstairs areas of the home and the stairwells. A reported black, demon-like figure has been spotted in the front room of the second floor and growling sounds have been heard on the first floor.

This is the 1st floor front room of the house where the family has heard strange growling noises from inside.

Here you see part of the “pink room” where a possible EVP and an audio anomaly were recorded.

Recorder #3 "Digital" – Mobile audio recorder used for EVP sessions captured several possible EVP’S. Sound clips were provided to client(s) on CD format.

EVP#1:  Noise anomaly that began just as Jenn asked if she could get some type of response to their presence. The recorder was stationary

             on a dresser at the time of the recording.

EVP#2:  Possible embedded voice captured in “Pink Bedroom” after Mark states, “This is the pink room, correct?”. Sounds like, "Pink room, Exactly!".

EVP#3:  Possible embedded voice captured in upstairs hallway near stairwell that starts as Mark says, "I don’t remember now”.

EVP#4:  Possible embedded voice captured in upstairs, middle bedroom while Chris, Tim and Jenn are  present. You can hear Tim say he is just

             a little tired all of a sudden and then Jenn talks about taking a break. Chris says to Tim, “You’re getting tired?" and you can then hear 

             something talk over them.

Photographs: 
A number of photographs were taken during the investigation. A thorough analysis of all of these pictures produced several photographs with anomalous objects, those being "orbs" which can be created by dust, bugs, water, etc., circulating in the air. No photos of evidential value were discovered.

EMF (Electro Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken within the residence and the outlying areas. Abnormal readings were noted above the baseline during an EVP session while asking questions in the “middle bedroom” with the K2 EMF Meter. The meter was stationary lying on the bedroom dresser. This event could not be repeated at any other time or with any other EMF meter. There were expected spikes near all major appliances.

Investigator Feelings / Experiences:
Tim – During an EVP session in which the K2 meter was active, Tim felt like someone 

           was in the room, flet a tingly sensation and became very tired. Witnessed K2 activity.
 
Jenn – During the same EVP session, Jenn saw a shadow on the wall moving   

       from near the ceiling toward the floor. Jenn also experienced a tingly

       sensation in the front bedroom on the second floor, along with a static

       electricity feeling on her right arm. After the investigation, Jenn thought 

       she heard a knocking at the side door, but no one was present.

Chris – Witnessed K2 activity.

Conclusion:
The investigation at this location was interesting. A few personal experiences were noted and some EVP anomalies were captured by audio recorders. The age and history of this location make it ideal for paranormal or haunting activity to occur and, although no undeniable proof of spirit activity was discovered, events that took place with investigators present may be considered paranormal. Nothing negative was experienced during the course of this two night investigation and our investigators felt very welcome there. We will return in the near future to continue the investigation and assist the family.
