This is a two story residence  occupied by one adult and one teen.

                                                            

Reported Activity:
The resident of the home claims to have strange electrical malfunctions and appliances such as a TV, radio and a washing machine turning on by themselves. Other electrical appliances seems to break at a larger than normal rate. An apparition of a man has also been seen sitting in a living room chair holding a rifle.

No photos of evidential value were discovered.


EMF (Electro Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the building with expected spikes near electrical appliances.
No anomalous EMF’S detected.


Investigator Feelings / Experiences:

Conclusion:

During this investigation, investigators were unable to find logical explanations for any of the electrical problems that the client was reporting. No malfunctions in the washing machine or TV were noted. No high EMF fields were discovered in any of the areas reported to have activity and the light switch in the bedroom that reportedly turned on by itself appeared to work properly. 

Based solely on the investigation results from this particular night, no evidence of paranormal activity or spiritual activity was discovered. The client has reported that since she has added several Christian, religious items to the residence she has not had any further problems.
