Location Status:
This is a three story townhouse occupied by two adults and two teenage children.

Reported Activity:
The clients have reported hearing walking around on the third floor when no one is there, having the bed covers tugged on, noises coming from a closet, seeing flashes of light in one bedroom, and smelling a strong sulfur-like odor for a few seconds before it dissipates. A strong odor of a cherry pipe tobacco has also been smelled on occasion and an odor of perfume at other times. One of the clients reportedly has been shoved in the master bedroom. Another incident occurred as the master bedroom shower turned on by itself. Doors have been opened and closed by themselves and shadows have been seen moving on occasion with no known source.

AUDIO and EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon):
VR1 (Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in 2nd floor living room) No physical evidence captured on this device at the time of the investigation.

VR2 (Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in 1st floor family room) No physical evidence captured on this device at the time of the investigation.

VR3 (Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in master bedroom) No physical evidence captured on this device at the time of the investigation.

VR4 (Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in teen's room) At 1050PM this device captured banging noises coming from the 3rd floor teen's bedroom while investigators were with the client in the master bedroom trying to get a physical response from a young girl that Michele (Psychic Medium) was reporting to be in the house. Everyone present was accounted for at the time and no known source of the banging could be identified. The banging starts 11 seconds into the clip. You can faintly hear Rob ask the little girl to come out and touch the green light for him just prior to the sounds.

Photographs:
No photos of evidential value were discovered.

EMF (Electro Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the building with expected spikes near electrical appliances. No anomalous readings were recorded.

Investigator Feelings / Experiences:
Mark and Michele – While walking into the master bedroom during the initial walk through with the client, Mark felt an extreme pressure in his head and reported the air felt thick in this room. Michele reported to be experiencing the same feeling.

Hawk and Rob – While walking into the master bedroom to set up a stationary camera, Hawk reported having the sensation that something was pushing back against the camera poles he was carrying. Both he and Rob reported the air felt heavy in that room and Rob also stated it felt like someone had touched his shoulder there.

Conclusion:
During the investigation on this particular date, investigators had a few personal experiences and were also able to record banging noises that were being reported in one of the bedrooms on the third floor. A very heavy feeling in the master bedroom was reported by every investigator present. Based on investigator personal experiences, the recorded banging and client reports, ThePPA feels that there may be paranormal activity occurring at this location but is not able to positively conclude that there is a haunting taking pace. ThePPA was not able to dismiss any of the clients claims as being caused by natural causes.

At the request of the client, The PPA brought in psychic medium Michele Jones to perform a “crossing over” of spirits. Michele reported picking up a male energy and a female child energy actively in the home. An adult female energy was also reported to be present at times with the family but not associated with a haunting. Michele reported being able to successfully cross the male and female child energies and advised the clients that there should be a noticeable reduction in activity. The PPA will continue to monitor the home to validate this report.
