Location Status:
This is a two story residence occupied by four adults, two children and two cats.

Reported Activity:
The clients have reported almost daily activity including hearing footsteps up and down their stairs, being touched, hearing voices on every floor and seeing black masses and apparitions throughout the house. Over the past two years, the family has reported seeing what they believe are up to about 10 different apparitions.
The family has had a local research team in on two prior occasions who reported capturing evp’s but did not help the family try to minimize the activity. The family was requesting assistance reducing the activity by The PPA

      A little girl was seen in this area.



EMF (Electro Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the residence with expected spikes near electrical appliances. Elevated fields were measured at the top of the staircase believed to be caused by the electrical wiring leading to the light switch at the top of the stairs. Associated high fields were also measured in the adjacent room on the other side of the staircase wall, coming from the same wiring.



Investigator Feelings / Experiences:
Mark- felt a strange pressure in his left ear in the1st floor bedroom

Al - felt nauseous in the second floor middle room. This area is close to the elevated emf field at the top of the stairs

Michele – (Psychic impressions) Michele picked up impressions of what she believed was the client’s mother creating sounds going up and down the staircase. Michele felt the presence of two men, believed to be coal miners in the basement. The presence of a former homeowner was also felt in the home along with a young girl on the second floor. Michele also believed a woman who was unable to walk was present in the 2nd floor rear bedroom. Along with these living spirits, Michele related sensing a residual haunting or an “imprint” on the second floor of a man and a woman, believed to be former residence of the home and an imprint of men working in the attic area of the home. Finally, Michele stated she felt like along with all this activity, she believed that the residence had some drifting” spirits that would just walk through the home from time to time.




Conclusion:
During the investigation on this particular date, investigators were not able to document any audio or video evidence of paranormal activity. No notable personal experiences were noted by any of the investigators, except for the information gained through Michele’s psychic impressions and the home appeared to be very quiet.

The clients reported seeing apparitions in the front, 2nd floor bedroom in the area we found to have elevated emf levels. The elevated levels, combined with what Michele believes is an energy imprint in this area, is most likely the cause of the apparitions being witnessed in this area. The high fields could also be a catalyst for the activity surrounding the footsteps on the staircase, helping to allow a manifestation in this area.

Based solely on this one night investigation, there is insufficient evidence to determine scientifically if a haunting is taking place or if other factors are influencing the location and its residents. However, based on the large amount of witness accounts, the overwhelming amount of psychic impressions that the family validated as being correct historically and correlating with current activity and factoring in the client’s request for help, The PPA moved beyond the scientific investigation to try and bring some closure to the family. We asked psychic medium Michele Jones to help the family cross over the spirits that she felt were present. Some time was spent working with each of the spirits believed to be present and Michele felt that she and the family were successful in crossing many of the spirits. The family indicated that they felt a noticeable difference in activity on this night and the home appeared to be much quieter. Michele also advised the family that the energy imprint she was feeling would not be easy to remove and that the family would most likely continue to notice some effects such as seeing a man and woman in the front bedroom area on the second floor and hearing knocks and bangs coming from what she felt was an imprint of workers in the attic area.

The PPA will continue to work with the family and monitor the location for future activity.
