Feelings / Experiences: While
investigating on the 3rd
floor in the master bedroom, Hawk,
Paul and Rob along with the
client, all smelled the fragrance of perfume, described as a rose
petal perfume. Hawk began to notice his arm becoming colder and a
drop in temperature was measured in the area from 75 degrees down to
70 degrees over the course of about two minutes. Just prior to this
experience, Hawk reported getting a little nauseous feeling in his
stomach.
Later in the same bedroom with Ben, Hawk, Mark, Lauren and Paul observed Ben becoming anxious and frustrated at trying to get Hawk to follow him. When Hawk followed Ben, Ben went directly to the 2nd floor bathroom door and “alerted” on it. Hawk indicated this was Ben's signal that a person would be in that room. When Hawk touched the door handle to open the door, the sound of the lock unlocking was heard. The lock had apparently been locked from inside and unlocked as soon as the door knob was touched. Many attempts to duplicate and debunk this occurance were done with no success in finding a cause to why the door would unlock from an outside touch. Although we can not say it was paranormal, it was strange and occurred with Ben alerting on the door. Below is the clip. The player will show in this paragraph Michele reported having psychic impressions of the client's grandmother still being present and making herself known through the smell of perfume and loud footsteps on the third floor and staircase area. Michele also felt the grandmother was targeting the client's fiance for activity.
Conclusion: On
this particular investigation, investigators did have a few more
experiences that could not be explained by normal means. The PPA'S K9
(Ben) also seemed to react in a manor outside the parameters of his
usual behavior. A few experiments were conducted to see how the
client's cat would react by taking him into the master bedroom where
it has been reported the cat would not stay. On each attempt to bring
the cat into the room, the cat would immediately leave. The cat did,
however, stay with the team while in other areas of the home.
Taking
into consideration the claims of the client and cooberating
information provided by psychic medium Michele Jones, The PPA feels
there was some activity still occurring at this location and under
Michele's recommendation, a sage cleansing was done to the home to
help remove any negative energy. Michele will work with the client to
deal with what Michele believes is the client's grandmother's
continued presence.
