Investigation Report

Location Status:
Private two-story Colonial residence occupied by two adults and one dog built in the late 1900’s.

Reported Activity:
The clients moved into this home 7 years ago and have experienced activity since they moved in. One of the clients has been awakened in the middle of the night to see an older man leaning over her in the bedroom on one occasion and a younger man standing in the bedroom doorway on another. The client also reported an incident where she was kneeling on the floor talking on the phone and it felt like someone tripped over her, hitting her side and back but no one was there. The client’s dog will sometimes stop and stare at a doorway or continuously bark as if someone was there. On other occasions, loud banging noises and the sound of things being moved around will come from the garage but when checked, no one is present.

EMF (Electro Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the building with expected spikes near electrical appliances. No anomalous readings were recorded.

Virginia (Psychic Medium) – picked up on a male spirit who was believed to be a slave in the area and later hung after trying to escape. Virginia also felt that there were several soldiers in this area along with an older woman who was staying here purposely to help them.

During the investigation that occurred on this date, no personal experiences where noted by investigators and no physical evidence was documented during our time spent at this location. Although the physical investigation of this location resulted in this case being undetermined at this time due to lack of evidence to confirm or dismiss a haunting, the majority of the reports by the clients are of a perceived nature rather than of physical occurrences. No moving objects or hearing audible voices have been reported by the clients and the lack of physical evidence is consistent with this type of case therefore the clients themselves must be looked at.

During the initial walk-through by psychic medium Virginia Centrillo, Virginia picked up on the fact that the client (Judy) was herself very sensitive to spiritual or psychic information and this would most likely cause her to experience energy at the home that non-sensitive individuals would not. Virginia did pick up on a slave and several soldiers that she felt were at this location along with an older woman who was trying to help them. Virginia worked with the client to cross the spirits over and will provide some guidance to the client to help her develop her psychic ability further.
