Location Status:
Two story, two bedroom, private residence with a finished basement occupied by three adults. The occupants have lived in this location for 11 years.

Reported Activity:
The clients related that in the first two years that they lived at this location, they experienced doors closing by themselves, hearing a loud voice being spoken in their ears, a banging on the basement table causing items to fall off, chairs moving in the basement, being touched on the face, money has gone missing and then reappeared and one of the clients witnessed what he believes is an apparition of a dog. The activity stopped for a long time but after the passing of the client's mother, the activity started again. The clients report that on one occasion while cooking in the kitchen, the client left the kitchen and upon returning a few minutes later, a man's gold ring was found on the bowl. A jeweler confirmed the ring was from the 1970's. The clients have taken pictures in the house with odd anomalies in them such as mist that appears to be coming down the staircase from the second floor. The client has accidentally captured EVP'S (Electronic Voice Phenomena) while recording music leading him to conduct an EVP session on his own. Various voices were captured at that time. The clients requested an investigation to find out who may be in the home and why and to try and find out if they passed in the home or if they need help in any way.

At 1128PM, this device recorded a series of knocking noises that occurred just after Mark asked if anyone with them could “knock on the wall”, referring to any spirits that may be present to let the investigators know they were there. Investigators did not hear this knocking nor did they respond to it. All investigators were quietly sitting at the time.

EMF (Electro Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the residence with expected spikes near electrical appliances. Higher readings were measured in the basement near the main electrical box and near the city water supply coming into the house where the home has been electrically grounded. Proximity to these two locations could cause some abnormal physical or psychological feelings to occur. The readings are detectable approx two feet out at both locations decreasing farther from the source and finally dissipating at two feet away.

During one experience that Virginia and Mark had with the client present in the master bedroom, the client had asked, “Was this once your bedroom?”, referring to any spirits that may have been present and the K2 EMF meter gave a moderate spike. Upon further questioning from the client, no additional readings were noted. A few minutes later, Virginia asked the same question in the same location and once again received a strong spike on the K2 meter. No additional responses were observed to further questioning.

Investigator Feelings / Experiences:
Mark – Nothing to report

Nicole – Nothing to report

Jim - While Jim and Nicole were sitting at command watching the DVR monitor, Jim felt something cold and wet on the inside of his right calf. He even reached down and wiped his leg thinking Nicole squirted him with water but his leg was dry. He can not explain the experience.

Virginia (Psychic Medium) – Nothing to report.

Metaphysical Impressions:
Virginia psychically picked up on a man with an R name that she felt to be “Ralph”. He did not want us to know to much about him and was being very illusive. Virginia also sensed the energy of a woman believed to be named “Mary”. Virginia described her as a little chubby, white hair and a little lost and confused looking for her friend. Virginia felt she came from somewhere to the left side of the house. Virginia felt that the client had a lot of departed family around him but they were not trapped at this location. Virginia stated that she sensed something dark had happened on this property years ago, such as witchcraft or black magic, and felt that a murder by hanging had taken place in the past. Virginia also received impressions that there was some sort of suicide of a male that had occurred on this property, possibly from the home to the right.

Conclusion:
During the investigation on this particular date, investigators had a few personal experiences, such as two distinct K2 EMF spikes after the same question was asked by two different people minutes apart and an abnormal sensation felt by one of the investigators in the kitchen. Although the EMF spikes occurred twice with the same question, consistent and repetitive responses were not noted. A strange series of knocks were also recorded right after one of the investigators asked any spirit that may be present to knock on a wall but investigators were not able to document sufficient evidence to definitively conclude that a haunting is taking place nor can investigators dismiss the claims of the client.

Psychic Medium Virginia Centrillo provided a metaphysical perspective of the activity that has been reported at this location and believes that she was able to successfully “cross” the spirits that she received impressions of on this particular date.

Since The PPA investigation, the client's have reported that the home feels a lot lighter and more positive and no significant paranormal activity has been reported.
