Location Status: 
Private three story residence occupied by two adults, four children and one infant.


Reported Activity:
This was a second visit to this location by The PPA. During the first investigation, a lot of physical evidence was collected to establish paranormal activity was occurring at this home, including doors opening and closing, coins being thrown in certain rooms and a shadow figure was capture on video.  After an initial cleansing, the family reported a reduction in activity for some time.  After a trip to Italy, the family noted a reoccurrence  in the activity but different from before.  The family reported having bottles thrown across different rooms, seeing black masses, hearing voices, having quarters thrown at them from nowhere, cold spots and doors opening and closing.   The family was once again asking for help reducing the activity.  Refer to initial investigation for more information - Case No. 10-11-047 Upper Darby.

Technical Notes:

Severe battery drain noted in one mobile audio recorder during investigation.  Battery was brand new and died within two hours of intermittent recording.  It should have lasted about 8 hours of steady recording.

At approx 3:16PM Camcorder #2 recorded a quarter fall from the ceiling area of the basement onto the floor within five feet of Virginia. Investigators tried to find the cause of this event from above and below the ceiling and were not able to determine the cause.  If this was not strange enough, a short time after, Paul had the same experience.  The floor above is carpeted and the carpet was thoroughly checked for holes with none found. Investigators can not find a cause for the quarters appearing out of nowhere.  Below are the clips of the coins falling from the ceiling.

Video#1 is of Virginia in the basement.  Watch to the right of Virginia.  You can hear the coin as it its the floor.  Virginia had a prayer playing on a DVD player in the background which sometimes acts as a trigger for activity. Virginia asks for it to happen again but no other occurrences with Virginia were noted.  Click on the full screen icon in the player bar to see better.


Video#2 is of Paul in the basement. After Virginia experienced the first quarter fall, we put Paul in the basement by himself and you can hear him try to get something to happen. Watch in the middle of the room as a quarter again falls from the ceiling. The time now is approx 3:41PM.  This clip is a little harder to see due to the lights being off.  You can hear the coin hit the floor in this clip. Watch closely to the right of the hot water heater.

EMF (Electro Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the building with expected spikes near electrical appliances/devices.   One anomalous spike was observed in the basement right after a quarter seemingly dropped out of thin air about five feet in front of Paul. 




Investigator Feelings / Experiences:
Mark 

While in the basement, Mark felt a pressure on the top of his head pushing downward while standing near the bottom of the staircase.  Later in the attic front room with Paul, Mark witnessed a quarter being thrown across the room. The origin of the quarter is unknown. No one else was present at the time.  While Mark, Paul and Virginia were present in the master bedroom, Mark and Paul observed the bedroom door open and close by itself.  When Mark checked the hallway, four quarters were laying on the floor in a straight line across the hallway in front of the door.  Mark was able to observe the hallway at that time because the door was cracked open and could verify that no one was present in the hallway when this event occurred. 

Paul 
While present in the basement by himself, Paul witnessed a quarter fell from the ceiling area with no known source.  Earlier in the attic front room with Mark, Paul witnessed a quarter being thrown across the room.  The origin of the quarter is unknown. No one else was present at the time.    

Virginia 
While present in the basement by herself, Virginia witnessed a quarter fall from the ceiling area with no known source.

Psychic Impressions:
While doing an initial walk through of the home, Virginia picked up on the energy of a male spirit.  Virginia felt that while the homeowners were at their property in Italy, the man of the home inadvertently made contact with this spirit.  Virginia feels the spirit is a male German soldier around the Nazi period and attacked the client as if he was still fighting the war while. Virginia feels this happened while the client was doing some type of work with the land.  Virginia feels this spirit became attached to the client and was carried back to his residence in Upper Darby unknowingly.  Virginia believes that this soldier did not know how to break the connection and was stuck in a sense, with the client.  Virginia felt the soldier was a very angry person filled with rage.  The clients were able to confirm their trip to Italy and that 10 German soldiers died and were still buried on the property from the war and that the client was working with the land in Italy when this occurred.  Virginia also felt that there was a negative entity entangled with the client and was still there from when The PPA first investigated. This entity was believed to be sent to the family by use of something such as voodoo which the family confirmed on the first investigation.  Virginia believes that this entity is strongly attached to the man of the house and even affects his well being and health.  Virginia felt it may take some time and extra work to help release this entity and related she will be calling in her associates to help her with this matter to safely release the entity from the client.

Conclusion:

Based on the investigation from this particular date and prior investigating at this location, it is believed that activity is still occurring at this residence.  Investigators documented a higher than usual amount of activity and had an equally abnormal amount of personal experiences.  A lot of time was spent trying to establish the cause and origin of the quarters that seem to appear from nowhere and why the bedroom door opened and closed by itself.   No natural source of this activity could be found.  Taking a look at the physical activity along with the psychic impressions that Virginia presented, a strategy was developed to try and release the negative energy that is believed to be causing the activity in the house.  Virginia believes she was able to release the energy of the German soldier during the investigation but requires the assistance from additional associates that she works with to clear the negative entity that seems to be entangled and attached to the homeowner.  A separate date for this process  was established with the family.  The PPA will access the residence after the final cleansing has been completed.
