Reported Activity:
The clients and visitors to the mansion have reported activity for many years, including hearing the sound of footsteps, seeing apparitions in various parts of the buildings, feeling like they were being touched, having the feeling they were not alone and seeing strange light anomalies. Various paranormal teams have investigated this property, with many personal experiences reported. Many anomalous voices have been recorded throughout the main house, as well as the farmers house.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the building, with expected spikes near electrical appliances. No anomalous EMF spikes were detected.

Bobby- Reported, while being in the back room just off the kitchen on the first floor of the old section of the mansion, seeing what looked like a dark shadow go from the room, down the stairs leading to the basement.

Hawk and Nicole- In the basement of the new section of the mansion, Hawk felt as though he got touched twice in succession on the back, right side shoulder blade, while in the part where it looks like a grave was dug. Hawk also reported feeling like something brushed passed his right leg while in the first room of the basement as you come down the steps and straight back towards the wall. Just before coming up from that area, Hawk stated it felt like his feet became very heavy, as if he had metal in his shoes and was standing on a magnet. At the same time, Nicole stated that she became very tired and felt as if she wasn't keeping up with her thoughts. Hawk and Nicole also reported smelling sage in the kitchen and living room areas of the kitchen, but could not find the source.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia arrived at Bolton Mansion, she felt and saw a male entity move from the farm house to the main house and, while looking up at the windows, she saw the same male entity staring down at her with anger. She believed he was of English descent. This is also the male entity who was later observed by Virginia standing by the fireplace, smoking a pipe, in the original part of the Mansion.

As Virginia started her initial walk through, she was greeted by a female entity named Catherine, who Virginia feels was in charge of the daily duties and up-keep of the home. Virginia was also confronted by a male entity in conflict with himself over a hanging, something to do with land and taking sides, and maybe about a war or treason. She felt this male entity around the stairs of the new part of the building.

Virginia also encountered an African American couple, who were involved with the chores in the Mansion. As Virginia and The PPA team moved towards the farmhouse, Virginia felt fire around the house and barns that are no longer standing. In the farmhouse, Virginia felt children and the presence of a man who ran the farm with a very firm hand.

During the investigation, Virginia also felt American Indians all over the property and came across a female American Indian entity who was looking for her baby in the original part of the mansion near the fireplace in the room just off the kitchen. As Virginia continued to move through the mansion, she also received information regarding a female entity who loved to write poetry. Her name began with an A. There was also another female who spoke about George Washington, whose name was Marie or Mary.

Other names that Virginia was receiving while walking through the home were James, John, Phidias, Anthony, William, Mary or Maria, Ann, Abigail, Catherine, Elizabeth and Grace. The information that Virginia received regarding the owners included that they were involved in government, Florida, shipping, midwife, the railroad, banking and a planned community. The Spirits of the home also revealed that they were once buried on the property and then moved. Virginia feels that there is an active haunting, along with residual activity at this mansion.

Conclusion:
During the investigation at the Bolton Mansion on this particular date, investigators had a few personal experiences that were consistent with reports from other witnesses and investigative teams. Investigators were not able to document any physical activity by audio, video or other means. Additionally, investigators were not able to come up with any alternative explanations for reported activity in order to rule out a haunting. Scientifically speaking, the cause of activity remains undetermined when strictly looking at The PPA investigation.

Metaphysical information, provided by Psychic Medium Virginia Centrillo, backed up many of the claims of activity and most of the information was confirmed with historical research, along with the known history of the mansion by the clients. Virginia believes that there are active spirits at this location, as well as residual activity of past events. Though The PPA was not able to document evidence of a haunting via scientific methods, The PPA does not discount the numerous reports and evidence captured by other investigative groups and visitors.
