Location Status:
Occupied three bedroom ranch with two neighboring homes, each experiencing similar activity that appear to be related. The main client's home is occupied by three adults, three teenagers, two cats and a dog.

Reported Activity:
The clients reported that the activity has been occurring for over eight years since they moved in. The same type of activity seems to be occurring at the homes to the left of this residence as well. The activity is sporadic and is more prominent in September and October and occurs mostly in the evening. Several people who were standing in the common back yard observed a male apparition manifest and walk right by them then disappear. The clients report strange noises in the house when they are alone. They have also had the cupboards close by themselves. The clients have heard footsteps outside and then what sounded like something slamming into the front door with no one there. They have heard talking right outside their bedroom window with no one there. By having an investigation, the clients were hoping to get peace in the neighborhood for all the homes that seem to be affected.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the building, with expected spikes near electrical appliances. High levels were recorded in scattered areas throughout the back yard. These levels were believed to be originating from power lines running in the tree line at the end of the back yard. Lower but measurable levels were also recorded in the front and side yards.

Paulette: Had a feeling of “cobwebs” on her face when entering the master bedroom.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia first arrived on the block, just standing in the street between the homes, she began feeling weak and nauseous with pains in her chest. As Virginia entered the first home, she picked up a male name, which was the previous owners name, but that owner did not pass. Then Virginia picked up the name of the previous owner's wife. At that point, Virginia realized that the female had passed and was calling out to her Husband who was no longer there. She also picked up that the female died from some sort of impact. It later was confirmed that the female died as the result of a car crash. Virginia continued to walk to the bedrooms, where she felt two male entities. One was a black slave who was hiding around the home. Virginia felt him to be from an underground railroad and the other looked mad because no one was hearing him. This was the man who Virginia felt was touching the owners. This experience was confirmed by the owners. The black slave was also confirmed by the owner’s daughter, who she herself has seen on a few occasions.

As Virginia continued the walk through of house 1, she felt she had to go to the backyard of the home where she felt most of the energy. When Virginia was in the backyard, she felt a lot of activity around the railroad. Virginia felt as though someone was murdered and a lot of fighting was going on around the 1800’s, which was confirmed later by the owners. Virginia also felt that this activity ran through all the backyards of all the homes that had the railroad behind it. A lot of this activity is residual.

House #2: When Virginia did her walk through, she felt there is some activity but it was sporadic and she felt that the little boy of the home would see a man in his room and also, on one occasion, the boy did see a woman. This was confirmed by the owners.

House #3: When Virginia began walking to the home with the owner, she began picking up that the owner herself was very open, which the owner did confirm. Upon walking into the home, Virginia felt an abundance of loved ones who have passed. She described some of the loved ones to the owner and the owner did confirm what Virginia was picking up. As they continued the walk through of the home, Virginia went into the front bedroom and, in the corner of the room where the window faces the front, she came across the same man who was in the first home. This man seemed to be upset and Virginia kept picking up a tragic ending in front of the home by this bedroom window, which again was confirmed by all 3 owners of these homes.

As Virginia returned to House 1, she picked up the name William ,who died of a sudden heart attack on the street. Virginia realized this was the man who was angry because no one could hear him nor help him. This is the William that died in front of the bedroom of the third home and the reason why he was going from home to home is because he knew the previous owners of the homes and was looking for them to get help. Virginia feels he is one of the main reasons for the haunting of all three homes along with the history that is present.

Conclusion:
Based on the investigation of three homes in this neighborhood, The PPA was not able to document any physical evidence verifying a haunting at these locations nor were we able to rule out a haunting or find alternative explanations for the activity. The PPA did identify high electro-magnetic fields in the back yard of two of the homes believed to be caused by the power lines running along the tree line near the railroad tracks. Elevated EM fields were also measured in the front and side yards believed to be caused by a second set of power lines running along the street. These high fields could potentially cause two things to happen. Anyone who is sensitive to these fields could get a really creepy feeling in these areas or feel like they were being watched. There are also some theories that high magnetic fields can help magnify paranormal activity if it is present at a location or a combination of both.

From a metaphysical perspective, Psychic Medium Virginia Centrillo provided information on what she felt was taking place at these homes and where, with most of the information being confirmed by the families involved. This helped confirm for the clients that the families may be experiencing activity at these locations. With the help of The PPA and the owners of the homes, Virginia conducted a clearing. Due to the history of the land, Virginia also gave instructions to the owners on how me to keep up the energies in their homes and also the properties. Virginia feels that the residual activity will remain present and the clients may pick up on that activity from time to time but have nothing to fear. Virginia does not believe that anything harmful is at these homes. The PPA will monitor the neighborhood for any further activity.  After two weeks of the investigation date, the client is reporting no more activity.
