Unoccupied two story, three bedroom residence.

Reported Activity:
The clients have reported activity has been occurring at all times of the day but more frequently at night.  The activity occurs more than on a monthy basis. The clients have lived in this home for more than 30 years.  Encounters include hearing mimicking voices of their grandson when he was a resident of the home. They've heard running on a third floor in the attic area. They have reported seeing apparitions moving up the stairs and dissipating. Individuals have been touched, family members have been annoyed during sleep and items have been overturned in different rooms. Voices have been heard by more than one person at the same time. By having an investigation conducted, the clients hope to find a cause of the activity and if it is paranormal, they would like the activity stopped.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical appliances. No anomalous readings were detected.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia arrived at the home, she was standing outside and began receiving impressions on the home and the past and present owners. An entity named “Fred” began talking to Virginia about what was going on in his home. Fred was telling Virginia that he did not like that the walls had been taken down and that his whole house has changed. Fred relayed many Earth grievances about his home and family.

As Virginia began the walk through with the owner, she began picking up different loses and events that had occurred in the home along with more family names. Virginia also picked up something small and dark moving around in the back bedroom. The owner confirmed that a grandchild practiced Wicca in that room and may have called upon something negative. Virginia confirmed that the grandchild did indeed call upon something negative but by accident because the grandchild did not know or understand what she was doing.

Conclusion:
During the investigation on this particular date, investigators were not able to document any evidence to confirm or rule out a haunting. Investigators were not able to dismiss any of the claims of activity by the homeowners but find them to be credible. The home was quiet at this particular time and additional research would be required to attempt to identify anything paranormal occurring there.

PPA team members, along with the owners, engaged in a “sitting” to speak with the entity, “Fred”, that Virginia felt was present. Being that Fred is related to the owner, Virginia felt it would be best for the owner to try to communicate with him to try and find out other Earth grievances which may have been keeping him Earthbound. Impressions that Virginia received were that Fred did not like a dispute that went on between family members concerning the property and activity his grandchild engaged in. The owner spoke to Fred and put him at ease so that he and his wife, who Virginia also felt was present, could crossover. Virginia feels the crossover was successful and that the owner needs to be vigilant in keeping the energies up in the home. Virginia also believes she was successful in releasing the dark entity that was present. Being that no one is physically living in the home at this time, it makes it a little more difficult to assess whether the cleansing was effective, however the PPA will be available to the clients should any future issues be experienced.

**Note- An Earth grievance is when an issue that has not been settled/solved or an issue that is going on with property or family members sometimes keeps the soul back from crossing over. This can cause a spirit to become Earthbound. This situation often requires a Psychic Medium to facilitate/channel the Earthbound soul to help them settle or purge their issues so they may complete their transition into the light.
