Three story apartment occupied by two adults and four children; two girls and two boys.

Reported Activity:
The clients have lived in this apartment for one year and noticed the activity very soon after moving in. The activity reportedly stopped and then recently started up again but very aggressively. The clients related that the activity is almost on a daily basis with activity occurring all times of the day but most frequently after 9pm. The clients have reported hearing voices, being scratched and pinched and seeing an apparition of a man. Their children are being scared in their bedrooms and woken up at night. The clients reported that their lights go on and off and that they are constantly changing batteries in their wall clocks. By having an investigation, the clients are hoping to find the cause of the activity and stop the activity that seems to be directed primarily towards their two young boys.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical appliances. No anomalous readings were detected.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia arrived at the home with assisting Psychic Medium, Jack Olmeda, Virginia started to receive information on a man named “Ronnie”. This man was in spirit and was related to the client. Ronnie was telling Virginia and Jack about the client's mother and how she was trapped in the home with the client. Ronnie related that this was because the client needed to stand up to her mother and tell her it is Ok to go. Ronnie told Virginia and Jack that the Client needed to forgive her mother because he did and that is why her mother is hanging on. Virginia and Jack also felt that the client's mother is the one who pinched the client on the arm in order to get her attention to be patient with her boys and live a better life than she did.

During the initial walk-through, Virginia and Jack picked up on many different levels of trapped souls. This was because of the history of the property being, at one time, stables that was a part of a funeral business at this site. Both psychics feel and agree that there is also a lot of residual energy throughout the home and the rest of the apartments in this building. Virginia and Jack felt and agree that the main culprits who where disturbing the family were two men. One was a trapped soul who was a grave digger for the funeral business and a handyman who ran the stables. Both psychics picked up that he was a very mean man and would hang around the attic and also the boy’s bedroom. Both agreed he did not like noise and would love to scare the boys and try to hurt them. Virginia and Jack felt the second trapped soul was the mortician who ran the funeral business. Virginia and Jack felt this man hung around the front of the home and moved through the kitchen, upstairs in all the bedrooms and the attic area. Virginia felt his mortician was not a very pleasant person.

Conclusion:
Based on the investigation on this particular evening, no physical evidence was recorded during the investigation. The primary purpose of this visit was to try and bring resolution to the clients concerns by utilizing Virginia and Jack to identify and quiet the activity that was taking place. Physical events that were reported by the clients were looked at during this time but no alternative explanations for the activity were identified.

From a metaphysical perspective, Virginia and Jack felt that there were spirits present and that they were causing the activity being reported by the family.

Virginia and Jack , with Mark's help, conducted a clearing with hopes that these men would move on. Both psychics feel and agree that the spirits' attachment to the property run very deep and also believe clergy may be needed to bless the home because of the type of property this used to be. Virginia and Jack both feel that they were successful in helping the rest of the trapped souls to crossover. These souls were present at this location but not necessarily causing any activity witnessed by the clients.

Virginia and Jack recommend to the client that she move the boys from their current room until they move into their permanent location. Information was provided to the client on how to keep up the positive energies in the home and what books to read to help the client with her own sensitivity to spirit. The PPA will monitor the residence to see if the cleansing was successful.  The clients have reported the two weeks after the cleansing have been very quiet in the home.
