early 1900’s. The

The
Client has
lived at this property for six months and started noticing activity
about a
week after moving in. The client reported that the activity occurs
mostly at
night after 6pm until around 6am.
Reports of activity include knocking sounds
from the
wall, hearing
footsteps, both electrical and battery powered lights turning on by
themselves.
The kitchen light flickers. Items have been moved in the house when no
one is
present. The client has heard very loud bangs from his bedroom and the
living
room and has had knocking on his bedroom door. The client reported that
he has
felt, from his first night there, that he was being watched. The activity had become
more violent and
frightening in the past few weeks that he has been there. There were
some strange,
bad smells, more and more physical activity and one morning around 5am
when he
was lying in bed awake, the bedroom door burst opened then slammed

EMF
(Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard
baseline readings were
taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical
appliances. Elevated levels
of EMF were noted in the
basement near the electrical panel where the main power was grounded to
the
copper water pipes. The alarm clock in the master bedroom was also
producing
very high levels of EMF exceeding 150mg. An older kitchen stove clock
was also
emitting very high levels of EMF in the kitchen.
Investigator Feelings /
Personal Experiences:
Mark:
Nothing to report
Paul:
While in the master bedroom with Virginia during
the investigation, Paul felt
a change in
temperature and became cold, as did Virginia. The thermometer they were
using
did not register a change in temperature but a noticeable change was
felt by
both. Virginia’s arm hair was also standing on end as this occurred.
Virginia: Refer to Psychic
Impressions
Psychic
Impressions:
As
Virginia began the initial walk through, she picked up
on a male entity moving around the first floor. This entity kept asking
about a
person named John. Virginia
identified
the male entity as “Jeff”. Virginia
felt
that Jeff was confused as to why a non-relative was living in his house
and did
not understand where his relatives had gone.
Jeff was creating disturbances throughout the
house
to get the owners
attention. Virginia felt that there was also an older male spirit in
his 60’s
in the home. She felt the names Raymond and John connected to this
energy.
Virginia felt he was a grandfather figure to Jeff and was watching over
the
client to protect him from Jeff’s outbursts while the client was
sleeping. Virginia
also picked up on a female spirit
named “Sophia” or “Sophie” who she believed came back to help Jeff, her
Grandson and to watch over the new owner of the house until Jeff was
ready to
move on.
Conclusion:
During
the
investigation on this particular night, investigators were not able to
document
any of the personal experiences reported by the homeowner. This was,
however, a
condensed investigation with the focus on metaphysical identification
and
resolution of the activity.
Investigators were not able to find
alternative
explanations for the
events that the client has experienced. By physical evidence, a
haunting cannot
be confirmed or ruled out at this time.
Metaphysically,
Virginia picked on much of the activity that the client was reporting.
Virginia identified three
spirits that she felt were present in the home. A younger male named
Jeff, his
Grandmother named Sophie or Sophia and an older male who was believed
to be a
former homeowner and possibly Jeff’s Grandfather.
Kelly,
The PPA’S Historian, was able to verify that there
was a young man in his 20’s who died in the home named Jeff. He had a
Grandmother named Sophie who once lived in the home.
This was also confirmed by the client. The
client had related that he was the first person to live in the home
outside of
the family who had owned the home for over 100 years. This was
consistent with the
information Virginia received indicating that the older male spirit was
looking
for his family and wanted to know who the client was.
With
the assistance of the PPA and the spirit of “Jeff’s”
Grandmother, Sofia, Virginia was able to convey to Jeff what the
situation was
with the new owner living in the home and that it was time for Jeff to
pass
into the light. Virginia
felt this
occurred with Jeff’s grandmother accompanying him.
Virginia feels that she was also able to help
release the older male who was at this location and things should
settle down
for the client. Virginia gave the owner information on how to keep
energies up
in his home but feels that it will take time for him to acclimate to
his new
home.
