Location Status:
Two story, three bedroom row home with a full basement, built in the 1940’s and currently furnished but unoccupied. Last occupied by one female adult, her 20 year old daughter and 17 year old son, who all fled the home because of the activity. The family had one dog and two cats with them at the time they were in this home.

Reported Activity:
The clients have lived at this home for 20 years but the activity started about a year ago.  The activity occurs mostly in the evening on a daily basis.  The clients report that the activity started with them hearing footsteps.  The top drawer of the TV console in the living room would open on its own.  The family pets began to act strange. The son reported a feeling like someone was watching him while he tried to sleep.  The client’s son and his friends heard his name called on one occasion while they were in the basement.  The dryer door on the dryer, located in the basement, would open by itself. The client has felt something tugging on her blanket in bed and has had the feeling that someone was sitting on her legs.  The client reported that she has had various experiences where she felt like she was touched in different ways.  The daughter has not experienced much activity and the client feels that the activity revolves more around her and her son.  By having an investigation, the clients hope to identify what is there and to get whoever is there to leave.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical appliances.  No anomalous readings were detected.  Elevated fields were observed in the basement area near the cloths washing equipment and in the areas of fluorescent lighting fixtures.

Jim: Upon eneterng the home, Jim observed two flashes of light at the top of the staircase in the back left corner of the living room.  The client had also reported seeing this event.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia first walked into the home she picked up on a female spirit who came from a couple of houses down the street. The name that Virginia associated with this spirit was “Millie”.  Millie was looking for her son, Anthony who had passed on and her other son, Nicky who was still living.  Virginia felt that Millie came to the client’s home because there was construction going on in her own home and became trapped there. Virginia also picked up on an abundance of deceased family members who came while we were there just to give support and help crossover the spirits that were trapped in the home.

 As Virginia began the investigation, she picked up a male spirit who once sold slaves and who was also a bounty hunter for runaway slaves. Virginia felt the name of this spirit was “William” or had a last name of “Williams”.  Virginia also picked up on a little boy from the turn of the century who was very afraid of William or Williams.  Virginia felt the young boy liked to play in the client’s son room.

 As the investigation continued, Virginia came across a young man who had committed suicide by hanging himself. Virginia believed this man came from a couple houses down the street and was waiting for help to move on.  During her time in the basement, Virginia felt that there were two areas of vortexes, one located in the front of the house and one in the back.

Conclusion:
During the investigation on this particular date, investigators noted a bright flash of light in the back left side of the living room as they entered the home.  The client confirmed that she has been noticing this event and as recent as the morning of this investigation date.  Investigators also observed elevated EMF’S in the basement area near the cloths washing equipment and in the areas of fluorescent lighting fixtures.  These fields could give a feeling of being watched, or the feeling that someone was present with you, to a person who is sensitive to these types of fields.  Investigators were not able to come up with alternative explanations for much of the activity the clients were reporting. Based on a physical examination of the property, a haunting cannot be proven or ruled out at this time.

From a metaphysical perspective, Psychic Medium Virginia Centrillo was able to validate the experiences being reported by the clients as being caused primarily by three spirits.

 With the help of our guest, James Maitland, Director of our associate team, Crossroads Paranormal, and members of the PPA, Virginia was able to successfully cross over the souls that were trapped in this home. Virginia felt that she also had help from the client’s father, who had passed on, but was able to facilitate the release of the trapped souls. These souls were neighbors of the client’s father and therefore, he was able to be of great help from the other side. Virginia provided information to the client on how to keep the energy up in the home until the property is sold.

The PPA will continue to monitor progress at this home and continue to help the clients as needed.
