Location Status:
Two story, five bedroom residence with a full basement built within the last 12 years. The home is occupied by two parents, three adult, male children, one adult female child and her two year old daughter.  The family dog also resides at this residence.  There was one reported death at this residence.

Reported Activity:
The clients have lived at this home for the past 12 years but the activity started about seven years ago.  The activity occurs mostly at night on a monthly basis.  The clients report that they have witnessed apparitions, seen shadows, have had creepy feelings.  The clients reported that the two year old girl living in the home would talk about a man being in her room that wakes her up while she is sleeping.  One of the adult sons has been experiencing nightmares. By having an investigation, the clients hope to identify what is there and to get them to leave or to calm down the activity.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical appliances.  No anomalous readings were detected.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia and assisting Psychic Medium, Jack Olmeda, arrived at the home, they immediately picked up multiple levels of American Indian Spirits roaming the property, community and home. Virginia felt that the spirits were not trapped and that some were just residual energies manifesting in this area. Virginia felt that these Spirits mean no harm.

Virginia and Jack both felt that the home was built on American Indian land so there will be activity from time to time. Both psychics felt the whole community was experiencing some type of activity in their homes.

JR: Virginia picked up on a spirit of a little boy nicknamed “JR” who is the homeowner’s son. Virginia felt that JR roams between two homes, the home his parents lived in before his death, where his brother lives now and the home where his parents currently reside. JR gave Virginia a description of the last home he lived in. This was confirmed by his parents. Virginia and Jack both felt that JR was not trapped but loves to be with his family and visit them often.

Henry: Virginia and Jack both picked up a spirit name “Henry”. Virginia felt Henry shows himself to the clients’ granddaughter. This was confirmed by the clients. Henry was the homeowners’ friend who had passed away years ago. Virginia and Jack felt that Henry was not trapped but also liked to visit the family. Henry also travels to the owners’ old home and visits the owners’ son who lives there now. Virginia believes that Henry comes with JR to watch over him while he is there.

Rose: Virginia picked up on a female spirit named Rose. Virginia felt that Rose loved to hang around the kitchen when she visits. The owners confirmed that Rose was their mother. Rose was not trapped but just came to visit the family.

Conclusion:
The investigation on this particular date was a condensed investigation with focus on identification and resolution of the activity.  Investigators were not able to identify any natural factors in the home that would be causing the reported activity and therefore, could not rule out a haunting.  No physical evidence was documented during this condensed investigation.

Metaphysically, Psychic Mediums, Virginia Centrillo and Jack Olmeda both feel that there is nothing in the home that would harm the owners. Virginia and Jack both feel that the spirits in the home are family and friends. Because this area was once populated with American Indians, Virginia feels that they are still present to protect the land and are constantly roaming around. Virginia felt that the American Indian energies may have been attracted to the home as they passed through because of some alcohol use in the basement. Virginia felt that they liked alcohol and the energy that surrounded it. Information was given to the family to help them keep up the positive energies in the home and some additional ideas on how to honor the Indians that were there.

It is believed that the bad nightmares one of the adult sons was having was not being caused by anything paranormal in the home but was only being thought of as being associated with something paranormal by the clients because activity was taking place there. Virginia feels that when this son works through whatever issue is causing the dreams, they will stop.

After Virginia presented her findings to the clients identifying who the spirits were, they did not want any further resolution of the activity that was taking place and were quite comfortable after knowing who was in the house.
