Location Status:
Three story, five bedroom house with a basement that was finished into a separate living space. The home is occupied by two parents, their adult daughter who occupies the basement apartment, their 20 year old son and four cats.

Reported Activity:
The clients report that they have been in this hoe for 31 years and the activity started about eight years ago but has become much more active in the past few weeks.  The activity occurs mostly in the afternoon and at night on a weekly basis.  The clients have reported hearing footsteps and their name being called, seeing an apparition of a woman and having things knocked over in a closet. Many health problems have also been happening and at times, the cats just appear to “go nuts” all of a sudden.  By having an investigation, the clients are hoping to get validation of what they believe they have in the home and to keep the activity at a tolerable level.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical appliances.  No anomalous readings were detected.  No levels of concern detected.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia arrived at this property, she picked up many of the owner’s deceased relatives in the home. Virginia did not feel they were trapped but that they were there to say hello and because there was some family discord going on. Virginia felt the spirits of the owner’s mother and father there the most because of the family discord.  Virginia received impressions that the client’s mother was upset with some changes happening in the home and was causing much of the physical activity that was being reported.

During the walk through and investigation period, Virginia picked up on an American Indian energy and other spirits roaming the property and home, including a dark haired female American Indian  who would venture into the house. Virginia also picked up on what she believed was a shape shifter in and around the home mimicking family members. Virginia felt this shape shifter was harmless.  A shape shifter is believed to be a manifestation of a human spirit who has the ability to manipulate its appearance and assume many forms, from animals to human figures.

While investigating in a second floor spare bedroom, Virginia picked up what she felt was a troll type entity that she believed was protecting various artifacts that the owner had in the closet.  The owner later explained that he had acquired these items during paranormal investigations that he had performed years ago.

Conclusion:
During the investigation on this particular date, investigators did not document any physical evidence to validate a haunting was taking place or to dismiss a haunting at this location.  No personal experiences were encountered by investigators during the investigation.  

From a metaphysical perspective, Psychic Medium Virginia Centrillo was able to validate the experiences the clients were describing.  Virginia feels that the owners should remove all of the artifacts from the home that the client collected from past paranormal investigations he had done that would hold any negative energy. Being that the client is a seasoned paranormal investigator and medium, he has related to the PPA that he has a plan in place on how he is going to clear the home of the negative presence.  After discussion with Virginia, she agrees that the client has the resources and ability to clear the home and should do so.
