Location Status:
Two story, three bedroom house with a full basement and attic. The home is occupied by two parents and their seven year old daughter, two year old daughter, one dog and a parrot.

  
Reported Activity:
The clients report that they have been in this house for over 11 years. The activity has been occurring sporadically for the past 7 years, mostly in the evening.  The activity revolves mostly around the seven year old daughter. The clients have reported seeing an apparition of a woman in her 50’s.  The clients have heard what sounds like little footsteps, they have had the lights turn on by themselves in the basement, and they have witnessed a coffee mug slide across a table.  The clients have reported hearing someone moving around the house with no one there and their 7 year old has seen a man in a black hat in her room. Had her name called and has been physically touched on occasion.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical appliances.  No levels of concern detected. During one point in the investigation, Virginia reported that a male energy was standing on her left side. A sweep of that area detected an anomalous area of EMF that disappeared within seconds. The EMF was detected with an oscilloscope EMF sensor but the frequency could not be determined. A previous sweep and post sweep of the area indicated no EMF fields were present.   A small spike in EMF was also measured with a Melmeter EMF sensor at the same time a few feet away.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia entered the home she immediately picked up on the spirit of the previous owner “Elmo”. As Virginia moved through the home, the spirit of “Elmo” was describing how the home looked when he owned it. Virginia believes that the spirit of “Elmo” came back because he was confused and was looking for his wife who had passed on before him in the home. The client confirmed Elmo's identity.

As Virginia continued the walk-through, she picked up on another trapped spirit that came from the house next door. This spirit began telling Virginia that he hurt himself, he was very sorry for it and was very persistent that the client relay a message to his parents. Virginia gave names to the client that pertained to this situation and the client confirmed the information.

During the investigation, Virginia picked up the spirit of a little girl in Victorian clothing and her mother named “Emily” or “Emma”. Virginia felt that they belonged to the area/land when it was a farm. Virginia felt that they move throughout the neighboring properties and that they are not necessarily trapped.

As Virginia continued with the Investigation in the daughter's bedroom, she picked up a male spirit named “Jacob” from the 1800’s who, Virginia believes, was also was part of the land at one point. Virginia felt that Jacob was not trapped but likes to visit the area from time to time. While Virginia was moving through the home, she also picked up on one of the clients relatives named, “Margret”. Virginia did not feel that Margret was trapped but loves to be near the client’s daughter. Margret protects the daughter because the daughter is very psychically open.

Conclusion:
During the investigation on this particular date, investigators were not able to rule out any of the reports by the clients as being caused by natural sources. Investigators had no personal experiences but did have one occurrence of an anomalous EMF being located in an area that Virginia stated a male spirit was standing in. Although unusual, it is not enough to determine if a haunting is taking place by physical evidence.

From a metaphysical perspective, Psychic Medium Virginia Centrillo identified who she felt was in the home.  In addition, Virginia feels there is another spirit in the home that watches over the client's seven year old daughter. This would be the man that the daughter had seen with a black hat. Virginia believes this man is a spirit guide for the child and a priest that comes from the realm of Saint Hildegard. Virginia feels that this child is truly gifted and recommended books for the client to read in order to help his daughter with this gift. The client had informed the PPA that his wife had studied St. Hildegard in College. Virginia believes this was all in preparation to help her daughter with her gifts when the time came.

With help from PPA members and Elmo’s family on the other side, Virginia was able to cross “Elmo” over to be reunited with his wife and family.

Virginia, the client, and the PPA staff were able to calm the spirit of the male neighbor who had killed himself enough to talk with him and convince him that when the time was right, the client would talk to his parents and relay the message that he was very sorry for what he did. This Spirit will move on when he feels his family will be ok.

The PPA will monitor the residence for any additional activity but the client’s daughter is likely to continue to pick up on spirit no matter where she goes.
