Location Status:
Two story, raised ranch built in 1989. The home is occupied by one adult male, three teenagers, one infant and the family dog.

Reported Activity:
The clients report that they have been in this house for over 8 months and the activity has been going on for about 6 months.  The clients report that the activity is sporadic and happens all times of the day or night.  The clients have reported hearing feet stomping down the steps, seeing orbs, the baby has been found sitting on the floor at 3:00 in the morning clapping and waving.  A man was observed standing in the baby's room adjusting the light. The family has heard growling noises and have had the lights turned on and off by themselves.

AUDIO ANALYSIS:
VR1 - Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in living room with three dynamic microphones
VR2 - Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in the second floor nursery
VR3 - Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in the second floor secondary bedroom
VR4 - Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in second floor main bedroom
VR5 - Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in the first floor master bedroom

VR6 - Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in the basement main room - This device captured a loud snap sound of unknown origin that occurred in the main room of the first floor. This sound was loud enough to heard by all investigators on the first and second floors but no source could be found and nothing appeared to move on the camera monitoring that room.

VR7 - Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in command (Control Device) - This device recorded a knock on the door of the office room on the first floor that Lauren and John heard while sitting just a few feet away discussing politics.

VR8 - Digital Voice Recorder: Stationary in the living room  - This device recorded and EVP of a voice that appears to say, "Shut up" after Virginia talks about standing up and her knee cracking. Investigators did not hear the voice at the time it was recorded.

No photos of evidential value were discovered.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the home with expected spikes near electrical appliances.  No levels of concern detected.  No anomalous emf's detected.

Investigator Feelings / Personal Experiences:

Mark/Virginia/Jack:  Approximately three hours into the second investigation and while investigating the second floor with Virginia and Jack, Mark observed several activations of a motion light located in the dining room table facing the living room. This sensor was swapped out with a second sensor and that light began to activate as well. The sensor was moved to a different area of the room and again, became active within a few minutes. The original sensor moved to another room did not have any additional activations. During another time period in the investigation, a REM Pod located in the second floor secondary bedroom intermittently began to activate. After several activations, the REM Pod was swapped out with another that was just outside this room on the floor. No additional activity was noted by this REM Pod but later in the investigation the second REM Pod began to alert in the same secondary bedroom.

Lauren/John: While present at command in a small office room on the first floor during the second investigation, a loud knock was heard on the office door. This was also heard by investigators on the second floor. Nothing appears to move on the video camera monitoring that area at the time of the knock. A short time later, a second loud bang was heard in the first floor main room but again, nothing appeared to move on video.  While still sitting at command, Lauren and John observed the clients printer turn on and go through some type of cycling process like it was trying to print. According to the client, this printer does not do that unless something is manually trying to print.

Don:  Upon initially entering the home, Don began to get quite nauseous.  Don reported the nausea went away upon exiting the home.  During the investigation, while two PPA members were in the home, Don happened to be sitting in his car. On two occasions, while he was looking at the house, Don observed a shadow figure through a part of the entry door that had been left open. Don stated that he couldn't make out any distinct features, but it appeared to be something peeking towards the outside. Don took his eyes off of it the first time and it was gone. Approximately 10 minutes later, Don observed the same thing form again and approximately a minute or two later, dissipate until it was no longer there. There were no investigators in this area of the home at the time.

Alison: During the first investigation, Alison experienced what she felt was an energy wrap itself around her throat.  Alison recalled that she was frozen and could not even ask for help. Virginia intuitively picked up on Alison's distress and pulled her from the home and removed from Alison the entity that had done that. Virginia felt this entity was a Native American shape shifter that did not what anyone on the property where this development was constructed.

Psychic Impressions:
When Virginia and assisting medium Jack Olmeda arrived at the home, they both felt nauseous, especially while walking around the outside property.  As Virginia and Jack entered the home, they came across an entity who Virginia felt was a shape-shifter from the land. Virginia believed that this shape-shifter was Native American and wanted everyone in the entire neighborhood off of their land.  Virginia felt the shape-shifter was not isolated to this property but roamed a much larger area. 

As Virginia and Jack continued the walk through in the basement, they again picked up on the shape-shifter. This time, it seemed to be aggressive towards one of The PPA investigators, who removed herself from the home at that time. Virginia and Jack also picked up an abundant amount of American Indian spirits roaming the property.

During the investigation on the main floor, Virginia and Jack picked up two female spirits with "E" names and two male spirits, "Robert" and "Paul". These names where confirmed by the owner as past owners and a mother-in-law. Virginia and Jack also felt that there was an attempt to perform Devil worship in the home by kids who had no idea what they were doing, which pulled in a lower element.

Conclusion:
During the investigation on these two particular dates, investigators had a few personal experiences that seemed to back up some of the events that the clients were reporting.  An EVP was documented that was similar in nature to what the clients had recorded themselves.  Investigators did note several loud exhaust and motor noises from outside traffic, such as a golf cart, ATV and loud car muffler that, at the right moment, could mimic a growl but could not be certain that this was the sound that the clients were hearing. It should be kept in mind and considered should the event happen again. Investigators also noticed an overwhelming amount of battery drain on various pieces of equipment and had active REM Pod and motion sensor lights activating approximately three hours into the investigation for a period of time. Very rarely on cases do we find activation of this equipment without some type of man made interference but the amount  of activity by these devices was much higher than normal and no cause could be found.  Although there was not enough physical evidence documented to definitively say a haunting was taking place, there were enough events to say that something paranormal may be going on here.

Metaphysically, Psychic Mediums Virginia Centrillo and Jack Olmeda both confirmed the events that the clients were experiencing were caused by several spirits that they felt in and around the home.  With the help of other PPA members and Jack Olmeda, Virginia was able to help cross over what needed to move on. Virginia and Jack Olmeda both feel that it is very important to keep the energies up in the home because of the history of the home and the land. Paperwork was given to the client to follow through with the up-keep of the energy. Virginia also recommends that the owner burn sage inside and around the home and create a small area outside the home for the offering of sage and/or tobacco. This should keep the spirits of the land happy.

Virginia suggests that the owner look up information on Feng Shui convex mirrors because they have protective qualities, reflecting negative energy. The mirrors should be placed over the outside doors to help ward off stray or trapped spirits. Specific books were also suggested to help the owners with their own gifts and teach them how to protect themselves.
