Location Status:
Three story business with an active tavern on the first floor built in the 1800's. 

Reported Activity:
Reported activity includes hearing voices,  seeing shadows and apparitions, having silverwear bent and tables moved.  The staff have felt someone tap on their shoulders and get an uneasy feling on the upper floors.  By having an investigation, the clients are hoping to identify what is causing the activity and make sure nothing harmful is there.

VIDEO ANALYSIS:

No physical evidence captured on video at the time of the investigation.

AUDIO ANALYSIS:

No photos of evidential value were discovered.

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field):
Standard baseline readings were taken throughout the bulding with expected spikes near electrical appliances.  Highly elevated readings were measured throughout the building, mostly near the street side of the building, to varying degrees and in the kitchen and attributed to the high volatage lines outside and electrical current running to the appliances in the kitchen.  The amount of elevated EMF’S in those locations could be a contributing factor to the amount of experiences that thestaff is reporting. Constant, elevated EMF’S have been correlated with locations that report a high volume of physical activity, acting almost like a magnifier of the activity, but could also cause some false feelings or uneasy sensations at times.

Investigator Feelings / Personal Experiences:

Conclusion:
During the investigation on this particular date, investigators were not able to document any physical activity that the clients were reporting. High levels of EMF were measured in many areas of the building and it is believed that may have been the cause for some of the experiences that the clients were reporting  and may have also acted like a catalyst or magnifier for any spirits that may have been there to manifest physical activity.

Metaphysically, Psychic Medium Cheryl Evans was able to provide information that several spirits were occupying this space causing much of the activity that the clients were reporting; one, a relative of one of the clients, another a former owner and a young child. Cheryl believes that she was able to release the spirits in the business.  The relative was not trapped but there because of unresolved issues with his son.   After checking in with the clients two weeks after the investigation, all is quiet.  The PPA plans on returning to the Belmonte in to do some additional work with the clients.
